JOIN SOUTH PIKE CINEMAS LOYALTY CLUB
• Sign up for free at the theatre.
• As a Loyalty Member you will earn 1 reward point for every $1.00 spent on tickets and concession. Once you earn 100 points you will receive a $5.00 (five dollar) reward credit good on your next concession purchase.
• Simply present your loyalty card and ID to the cashier for reward to be applied.
• Tickets purchased online or through the app (link below) are eligible for reward points.
• A bonus of 10 points is awarded at sign-up.
• A birthday bonus is added to your card once you have registered the date in your account information. The reward is a free small Combo that includes a small drink of your choice. You will have 30 days to redeem the reward.
• Your point balance can be checked online by selecting “More” in the app.
• Points cannot be earned on Gift Card purchases, parties or theatre rentals.
• Your loyalty card is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
• Please report to theatre management if your card is lost, stolen or damaged. A replacement card can be issued.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM
Is there a charge to join the Loyalty Club? No, joining the club is free.
Can I sign up online? No, you must sign up at the theatre to obtain your loyalty card
What information is required? General information is needed; name, address, phone number and email address and if you would like the birthday bonus you will need to provide the month and day. You cannot check your account online if an email address is not available.
How do I earn rewards points? Reward points are earned with every ticket and/or concession purchase. A bonus of 10 points is awarded when initially signing up.
Do my rewards points expire? No
Can I accumulate my rewards points? Yes, make the request to the cashier that you prefer not to use your reward credit when making a purchase and your points will be retained until you use them.
Can I check my points online? Yes, on the app, choose the “more” selection, then select “Check Gift Balance”
In the website by clicking on the 3 lines in the right-hand corner where the showtimes are listed and select “Check Gift Balance”. Use the email associated with your card to retrieve your balance.
What if I am missing points? If you find that your points did not calculate on a recent transaction (up to 60 days old), submit your receipt to accounting@southpikecinemas.com and we will review your account and adjust accordingly.
What is excluded from earning reward points? You cannot earn reward points on a Gift Card purchase, parties, theatre rentals or tickets purchased through Fandango. Reward points ARE earned when purchasing tickets online through our website or the app.
What to do if my card is lost or stolen? Report it to the theatre manager and a replacement card can be issued. Any unused points will be transferred
What to do if my card is damaged? Return it to the theatre for a replacement and any unused points can be transferred.
